Apricot croissants - Edit
In the main train station hall, first floor (Erdgeschoss) under the stairs. Two vegan croissant types (apricot & grains/seeds). Good coffee. Around 40 seats. Vegan is labeled but they do not kniw what it means si be very careful if an item is not labeled (e.g., cake). Obviously, it's expensive (Switzerland).

Coffee chain with 4 vegan options (croissant, focaccia) - Edit
If you're in a hurry and want a quick bite, this coffee chain has 4 decent options (1. focaccia con cerealli antipasti & hummus, 2. multigrain croissant/gipfeli, 3. apricot croissant/gipfeli, 4. antipasti multigrain croissant/gipfeli). Fyi: Caffe spettacolo belongs to the Valora Group who also owns Brezelkönig, avec, kkiosk, ok.-, Press&Books ... and a few other brands.

Kenne nur die 3 veganen Gipfeli, die sind alle sehr fein. 1.80 CHF für ein wirklich grosses Mehrkorn und 3.50 CHF für das mit Konfi gefüllte sind super.
