I saved a box on TooGoodToGo from Velicious and the cakes were really good. The flatbread a bit dry but tasty anyway. Will come back for a cake break!

Read moreDie heiße Schokolade hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der latte macchiato geht so. Die Kuchen/ Torten sehen besser aus als sie schmecken. Etwas unappetitlich finde ich die Plastikteller, auf denen die Kuchen in der Vitrine lagern (70er Jahre-Optik). Geschmacklich hat die Kirsch-Mohn-Torte stark nach Süßstoff bzw. Liebesperlen und Plastik geschmeckt. Auch der New York cheesecake hat mich nicht umgehauen.
Leider ging es uns in der Nacht nach dem Besuch Magendarm-mäßig nicht so gut….
Schade, der Laden hat Potenzial für mehr…..

The cakes look spectacular, but the taste is average /a bit boring. I tried the small mediterranean breakfast at a different occasion and honestly feel cheated. 10€ for basic boring tofu, out of the can dried tomatoes, funghi and minimal veggies and salad... The place has so much potential and some of the initiatives are great regarding low waste/sustainability, but the atmosphere is just not welcoming and the taste of food not convincing.

Walking around this area there are many vegan options. I stopped for an americano and crossiant. Cash only under $10. A nice park across the street to enjoy takeaway.

Typical in Berlin, the breakfasts are a lot of dips and bread. We took the käse (cheese) one and we discover a lots of nice vegan cheese. The coffee were cold but the rest was good. The place is really tiny with no bathroom. Perfect place for cake lovers.

Our first breakfast in Berlin and we were happy. This place is friendly and the 'special breakfast' is a great choice if you're looking for a plate with plenty of variety. Raw fruit and veg is accompanied by small dishes of pates, spreads and pickles. The bread is lovely. The coffee was ok.

I really liked the atmosphere. I expected a typical German breakfast and was a little bit disappointed. Maybe it was my bad. For my taste the Wurst breakfast didn't have much Wurst to put on the bread/ Brötchen.

Ich bin weder hungrig gegangen, noch hat es nicht geschmeckt, aber es war schlichtweg auch nichts Besonderes. In Berlin und gerade in Friedrichshain gibt es so viele bessere Alternativen, die zudem auch noch günstiger sind, dass ich hier nicht nochmal hingehen würde.

Die Location an sich war allerdings auch nicht der Bringer. Sehr sehr klein und extrem laut, weil es keinerlei akustische Dämpfung gab. Obwohl ich so weit von der "Küche" wegsaß, wie es physikalisch möglich war ohne den Laden zu verlassen, klang alles so als wäre es direkt neben mir.
Pros: Komplett vegan, Nicht nur eine Milchalternative, Alles (laut eigenen Worten) selbst gemacht
