No vegan cakes available and nachos is not vegan - Edit
I have just been here and there are no vegan cakes, not even the nachos and salsa is vegan, as they use cheese nachos without saying so on the menu. The waiter did not know what the word vegan meant which is always a red flag for me..

After five days of driving around, hiking, and running myself ragged to see as much nature as possible, a late morning playing games and reading books here was absolutely perfect. The vibe is wonderful and the coffee is very good, too.

Nice café - Edit
A nice café in the city center, frequented by the locals. Quite inexpensive for iceland. They charge extra for plant based milk which is a bummer, but the vegan rice-krispie-date-cake was really good.
