Highly recommend their Kentucky fried cauliflower.. would’ve preferred more sauce (would ask for extra next time and for the sauce to be on the side) they had a decent amount of vegan cheese sprinkled on top which was a nice blend of flavours with the cauliflower. I also got their shepherd pie and it was so so delicious! Their coconut milk was great too didn’t get that yuck foam like some brands. Had heaps of vegan sweets too but I too full for anything else.

I had the soul bowl with was both yummy and a wee bit interesting. Pickled cabbage and seaweed both pretty good.😄

Loved the soul bowl. Simple, but oh so tasty, and everything was fresh. (In full disclosure, I’m a sucker for wakame, and so that might be skewing my review a bit, but not too much!). They had lots of vegan options in the case as well. I got the green smoothie, and while I liked it, it was more of a juice in terms of texture. Just missed my expectations, but that’s more my fault than theirs; I should have realized there was nothing in the list of ingredients that would have bulked it up and made it creamy.
