Great breakfast and lunch - Edit
This is a great spot for a meal in Port Angeles. They have great baked good options (some both vegan and GF), delicious smoothies, and good sandwiches. I loved the butter pecan smoothie, and the tropical one was good too. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I lived nearby.

Vegan Biscuits and Gravy :) - Edit
Would give this place 5 stars. Everything is really tasty and fresh. One of the best places I've been too in a while😄casual AND delicious. Love a venue that's more low-key but feels healthy. They have tons of vegan options.

Everything we got was so flavorful and delicious! The vegan breakfast sandwich is well seasoned and foccacia is fresh and soft. The seasonal lattes are incredible as well!

About a third of the breakfast options were vegan and another third vegetarian! I had biscuits and gravy for the first time in 15 years. So yummy!

So many vegan breakfast options - Edit
We stopped here on our way back to Seattle from the coast. They had so many vegan pastry options along with vegan syrups for coffees, nice selection of vegan breakfast & lunch options. I had the BBQ Chykn sandwich & my husband had the bbq burger. We both had a salted brown butter toffee latte as well. Both sandwiches were really tasty. We got cinnamon rolls to go as well & really enjoyed them for breakfast the next day.

New Day Eatery - Port Angeles, WA
Read moreHeading to Victoria, BC for their VegFest event by way of Black Ball Ferry from Port Angeles. If you're looking for vegan options in Port Angeles, wow ... New Day Eatery is THE place to be!
They have a large separate vegan menu with Breakfast, Brunch and Sandwich options. Their vegan menu isn't the only thing that's large, as their portion sizes are huge! But wait, in addition to a large vegan menu, and an amazing variety of options with large sizes, there's ... more 🫢! They also have an extensive array of vegan desserts available, cakes, scones, brownies and cinnamon rolls 😮. We ordered a slice of both, their Peanut Butter Cake and their Espresso Cake. These can best be described as dense and very hearty cakes (as opposed to light and fluffy), absolutely delicious and one slice will fill you up easy!
Side note, their bathroom is huge and so cheerful lol
See, I told you this is THE place to grab vegan chow when visiting Port Angeles 🤤😉, you don't want to miss it!
Pros: Large vegan menu, Seriously generous portion sizes, Food tastes amazing

This restaurant is not fully vegan so I never really know if the vegan options are an afterthought. They are not!! The food was great and the portions were very generous.

Impressive Vegan Options - Edit
I was so looking forward to having breakfast here while staying in Port Angeles, and the vegan section on the menu was very impressive, however, sadly my choice ended up being terrible. I got the vegan breakfast burrito which had a really bad taste in general, and was smothered in a nauseating sauce. The nice greens on the side were dripping with oil. The whole thing was basically a mushy unappetizing mess. I tried picking out the filling to get some nourishment but it just tasted BAD! 😔 The cappuccino was very good and my husband enjoyed his avocado toast with lox ( he eats seafood occasionally). I will go back once more and try something simpler. 😌
Read moreAfter returning again for another breakfast and for a lunch, we had excellent meals. The Vegan Biscuits and Gravy were delicious as were the potatoes, the avocado toast was yummy, the vegan csesar salad with artichokes great, and vegan burger great as well!

Yummy and Unique! - Edit
First, I have to appreciate the dedicated vegan brunch, breakfast, and lunch menu! Makes it so much easier to order. I had the vegan routine with the vegan sausages and it was spectacular! I was expecting the field roast sausage but it turned out to be a homemade tempeh sausage patty which was crispy and delicious. Would definitely reccomend this place, a bit pricey, but guaranteed a good, filling meal after a hike in hurricane ridge!

Tasty baked goods, well marked optoons - Edit
Nice selection of smoothies, the chocolate-avocado one was a step away from being a pudding but very good. My tofu bahn mi was just ok, but the bakery section was great. Lots of good treats to pick from, again all clearly labeled vegan where relevant. Also we got the fun half-booth directly facing the road on a nice day for watching passerbys

There's an absolute ton of vegan options here and most of the sweets on display were vegan. I had the lemon blueberry roll. The icing was so good, I licked the plate like no one was looking.

There were many vegan options. Our food was good (vegan breakfast burrito and pesto burger). The tofu in the burrito was very salty, but the beans were really good. It was a bit too expensive.

Great brunch options - Edit
There was a separate vegan menu which is always helpful! We started with truffle fries with vegan black garlic mayo which was amazing. My fiancee ordered the poutine which was okay but a bit salty. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The foccacia was made in house and was so soft and flavorful. They have vegan options for all their drinks and several pastries as well. We got the raspberry cream croissants and wished we ordered several more because they were that good!

One, if not *the*, best diner style menus I’ve ever seen! I ended up getting a Chai latte and the Benny-cado and they were both fantastic. Service was friendly and fast. Would have loved to stay another day just to eat here again!

I was shocked by the amount of vegan options on the menu (and in the bakery case). Portions were large. Food a bit under seasoned. I’d skip the Benny if I went back, but liked the sausage on the breakfast sandwich.
