enjoyable experience - Edit
Rachel and I split the vegan pumpkin waffles and vegan hash. The meal was quite good and filling. The kids went non-vegan with a coca and chocolate chip pancakes which they devoured. Price was reasonable for vegan food.

Vegan Pizza - Edit
I ordered the vegan pizza just as it was listed on the menu. Pretty good. A little oily, but tasty. $13 is a little high, but it is across the street from the ferry, so tourist prices are to be expected.
The pizza had house smoked tofu ricotta, garlic oil, tapenade, and fresh veggies.
Thet also have a vegan banh mi and other things listed in the menu. Super nice staff.

How great to find vegan options labelled on the menu in a small town -- they even had vegan dessert! Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, so glad we came here.

Great find in Port Angeles - Edit
We were in Port Angeles and needed a reliable restaurant to come to. The New Day Cafe is a great place! The offer several vegan breakfast options, vegan desserts and vegan lunch options. They definitely understand what plant-based and vegan mean. Kuddos to the servers who are cheerful and attentive. This is our Port Angeles go to place for sure!

I recently stopped here while passing through Port Angeles on a road trip. They have some good vegan options(house-made vegan burgers, vegan soup of the day, etc...). I wish I had tried the carrot cake. I think Cafe New Day is definitely worth checking out if you find yourself in the area. Plus, they make their own chip(potato and sweet potato).

Excellent new restaurant with vegan & vegetarian options. They make a veggie burger that is really good. Many choices. Great decor & friendly staff.
Pros: Two adjacent rooms for dining., Live acoustic music for lunch!, Many home-made items for vegans.
