Café le Frére is an adorable spot in Trondheim. They have lots of tasty vegan wraps—but what really sets it apart is the impressive selection of vegan pastries and cakes. I tried both the lemon and raspberry cake; they were slightly on the dry side, but still packed with flavor. The café also boasts some of the best coffee in town, and from what I’ve tasted so far, I’d have to agree.

Lots of vegan treats! - Edit
Cafe Le Frere has a whole bunch of vegan options that are clearly marked. There aren't many spots in Trondheim where you can get a choice of sweet treats and relax with a tasty cuppa.

Great place for coffee & cake - Edit
Surprised to find that all cakes except a scone was vegan. We had lemon curd cake and chocolate with dark mousse. Delicious!
