Family-Run Restaurant - Edit
Cafe Europa is based in an ideal location, just off the main square. We found it as we were trying to find food on an evening and it was close to our hostel.
Read moreThe restaurant isn't very big - with 5 tables or so packed in. We had a friendly welcome and were asked if we preferred a menu in Spanish or English.
After we ordered, the waiter (and, I think owner) popped a table game down in front of us. I'd not noticed until that point, but every table had some sort of board game (whether they had children or not!) to keep them occupied.
We shared a pizza and brushetta. The brushetta was served as slices of bread alongside a dish of shopped tomatoes, onion etc. I'd not had it served in this way before, but it was fantastic - really tasty. The pizza was also delicious.
There was a vegan friendly pasta option. There are multiple vegetarian pizzas and vegan cheese can be substituted, making many vegan pizzas available.

Great vegan pizza - Edit
I ordered a pizza and it was really tasty. They have the option of vegan cheese which was great! Lots of vegetable options. Good choice of drinks too. I also liked the decor and the music. The guys there were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Had the vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese and without the pesto. Pretty good pizza for a little place in the middle of Colombia!
