It should have been 5 stars if the app would allow it. Best vegan tortilla in Spain. Also the other "pinchos" we had were good.

Diferentes pintxos vegan bien identificados. Con cartel indicando vegan. Cuando hemos estado había bocadillito vegetal,tosta de humus, tosta de tofu y tortilla. Pedimos tortilla y tosta de tofu. La tortilla mejor que una vez previa y la tosta un poco sin más. Lo bueno que haya posibilidad pero es mejorable

This place has several vegan pintxos, all clearly marked. These include a vegan tortilla, amde from chickpea flour rather than eggs. As a bonus, the music reflects the jazz festival (which had just finished), and there are photos on the walls of past and present performers, including Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone, and Dizzy Gillespie with Thelonious Monk. Just imagine seeing Diz and Monk jamming together. Made me want to return to Vitoria next year, but this time for the festival. What a great little bar.

Les pintxos vegans sont bons! Nous avons pris les 4 choix disponibles : tortilla, houmous, sandwich tofu et sandwich fromage et légumes. Le tarif est dans la moyenne et les options vegans ne sont pas plus chères que les pintxos "classiques". 18€ pour 8 pintxos.
