Tasty and good value - Edit
There are multiple vegan options including empenadas, homemade hummus, salad, vegan chorizo in a bun, beyond meat burger and a vegan pizza that was not available today. I also had a very tasty virgin gin and tonic as a welcome non alcoholic alternative.

Sorpresa en aquest bonic raconet del Cap Salou. A la carta hi tenen algunes opcions veganes clarament marcades. Vaig demanar la burger vegana, que és una Beyond Meat i me la van portar acomoanyada de patates. L'atenció va ser excel·lent i el servei ràpid.

Excellent vegan choices - Edit
Lots of vegan choices. Beyond burger, vegan ‘meatballs’ which I think are Beyond, vegan nachos as standard with guacamole that they make themselves. Argentinian empanadas, which are like pasties with fake ‘chickeny’ chunks inside. They even had vegan Cornettos! Service was good too.

Great spot with great owners - Edit
Visited multiple times last year when staying in Cap de Salou, on account of the lovely owner, ace beer selection & great vegan food. Stayed in Salou this year but still made the trek out to check back in. This place has a great vibe in the evening, lovely lighting & a truly solid range of craft beers from Spain and around the world. The vegan options also are excellent and I always left satisfied. Tabasco and Valentina hot sauce solidifies this as a favourite spot in the area. Support this place if you can- even if staying in Salou it’s worth the (scenic) wander along the coast. Only refraining from five stars due to the rule reserving this rating for fully vegetarian/vegan establishments.

Vegan chef and friendly staff - Edit
Open only in the evenings in a residential area, it's a great little spot with a friendly atmosphere. The staff spoke great English and remembered us on our return visits. We asked about vegan options and they were helpful and knowledgeable.

They offered a vegan sausage, avocado and salad sandwich (in a sub/baguette, not sliced bread) which was delicious, a vegan burger and also vegan empanadas, which were homemade and delicious, with golden flaky pastry. They are not a veggie/vegan business so it's not a huge range but the dishes that are vegan are delicious. They had some vegan friendly cocktails too.
We found this place on Happy Cow and we're so glad we did as it became our local for the week we spent in the area of La Pineda, the other places.claiming to be vegan were either never open or had no vegan options on that day so this place saved me! If I could give it 5* I would but the most stars a business serving meat can get is 4

We found this place thanks to happy cow, they had several vegan options that were great. But the best of all was that the staff was really friendly and kind.

Also for future customers they said they’re working on a vegan pizza :)

Good vegan options to eat and drink - Edit
We stumbled across this place on holiday in Salou and were delighted when we found it had non-dairy milk options for a morning coffee. We had two 'submarinos' which was a bar of dark chocolate to stir into hot milk - super tasty! The place is run by a really friendly couple that speak good English and were very helpful.
Read moreWe then came back the next day for lunch and had vegan sandwiches, which had vegan 'salami', avocado and lots of other tasty green ingredients. They also make home-made no-sugar lemonade with ginger, which was really refreshing. We had a non-vegan with us too who really enjoyed their food. Will definitely be back if we're in Salou again the future!
Also there was parking just next to it which was very convenient and you can sit inside and outdoors.
