Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers a vegan breakfast with beans, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes, vegan creamy mushroom and herb pasta and vegan courgette, onion and red pepper pasta with a tomato, herb and garlic sauce. Also offers a vegan chocolate brownie, vegan apple and almond cake as well as sorbet, and has soya milk for hot drinks. Open Mon-Sun 10:00-16:30.

Freshly Prepared Quality Food.

Although the vegan selection is not huge, the standard of the food is very high and beautifully presented.
The cafe itself has a vibrant feel, with lovely Scottish art on the walls. The decor is bright but cosy, with a heather and stone grey colour scheme, a traditional Scottish feel with a modern twist.

On offer: a vegan breakfast served before 11am.
A choice of two main courses.
A choice of two deserts.

I had the courgette, tomato and garlic pasta, the sauce had not been frozen and reheated as is often the case in some places.
There were green and yellow courgettes which held their crunch and the serving of sauce was very generous.

Pros: High standard of food, Great atmosphere

Cons: Would be nice to see more vegan options.
