So excited to have found this place! Such a lovely setting and so many options! I got the tofu burger and my partner got the cocoa smoothie bowl and a lemon scone. There was a great view over the green hills and mountains.

Cafe Jeju 901 is near Jeju City. The restaurant itself is eclectically furnished and esthetically pleasing with a view of the surrounding mountains. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the set lunches, A and B. Both were great. Highly recommended

Read moreCafe 901 has a really relaxing ambiance. The inside is cozy with really nice views and music, and then the rooftop is nice for fresh air and 360 views of the sky and mountains (also a bit of an ocean view, too). I would definitely want to stop here after hiking Hallasan or nearby hiking trails up in the mountains. Parking is very easy and is right in front of the property. Yoga and meditation classes are also offered in the morning time by signing up online. The owners are very kind and sweet, as are the cafe workers. They have the cutest, friendliest doggy, Sinbi ("Shinbee") who can sometimes be seen out front.
Food: 4/5 for me since I prefer fusion food or asian food with larger portions. I think I would feel good eating here during a detox, or when I am in my Follicular or Ovulatory phase and I am eating smaller portions of light food (if any women are versed in their infradian rhythm phases). The food is very clean and a good choice if you are interested in soup/salad/sandwiches. I really enjoyed their homemade soy yogurt and tea the most. The mushroom sandwich and kale salad were also very light, tasty and fresh. I tried both Set A and Set B on different days. I also tried the scones, but I am not a big fan of the dense, heavy desserts (a plus is that they are not overly sweetened, but a bit too dry overall).

Strawberry pie is good, but muffins are too dry.
They can make drinks and food for take away.
The cafe have a cute dog.
Also you can sit on the rooftop.

We were happy to find a place that's open relatively early in the morning. The food was great. They offer many breakfast options. It's sad that they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays otherwise we would've visited more often :)

All vegan cafe-delicious healthy meals. The meals are proportioned well balanced with fruits, vegetables, protein, and grains. Avocado is our families favorite and cafe901 uses avocado California style-LOTS of it!

I got a brunch set and a vegan yogurt and everything was tasty and fresh (I particularly loved the ciabatta bread: it’s rare to taste such a good bread in Korea). Everything was also nicely served and the staff was nice. Really recommend for the food and the ambiance.

I did a yoga and meditation class through Airbnb.com and it was great! (Classes taught in Korean only) After the class we had an amazing set meal of a mushroom sandwich, side salad, and mini acai cup.

Firstly, the cafe itself is so beautifully designed and decorated. I could sit there for HOURS and just admire how wonderful the interior design of the place is. It only starts there though, the girls who worked there were very nice and welcoming (they also spoke English and the place has an English menu for those who can’t communicate in Korean). My friend ordered the A Set which came with a mushroom sandwich, a green salad, a random smoothie bowl, and an Americano. I opted for the avocado mushroom sandwich and the purple smoothie bowl (forgot the actual name😒haha). The smoothie bowl tasted very clean and wasn’t too sweet, which I personally loved as I noticed while visiting in Korea that things tend to be a lot sweeter than I’m used to, so it was a nice change. The mushroom sandwich was BOMB! The bread was a little much for my friend and I since we tend to get full a little bit faster, but it’s not that big of a deal. Ultimately, if you want to eat good, clean, healthy vegan food in a cafe that meets all your aesthetic criteria, then Cafe901 is the place to eat!

Clean and Healthy Vegan Food - Edit
I truly enjoyed my lunch at Cafe 901. The mushroom sandwich and root soup were delicious. My friend had the set lunch (B version). She said the smoothie was good, but the salad lacked flavor. The place is a little south of Jeju city, but I think it’s well worth the visit, especially if you are planning to be near this side of Hallasan.
