Expensive Trash

There were 3 items on the menu that had the V symbol (“can be veganized”). By veganize, they’re just straight up removing non-vegan ingredients. I went for the harvest burger since it was made with a chickpea patty and seemed the least compromised. It was one of the worst burgers I’ve had. Dry, lacking taste, and expensive. I also had “truffle tots” as the side, and it was just tater tots with no seasoning..??

I’m convinced that Vail is just a 💩 place for vegans. You’re paying a premium for vegan options that are just bad.

They have a couple of options but the burger is dry & bland. Fries were good!

Great vegan options and good service

Lots of vegan dishes on the menu and the staff was very helpful and vegan friendly

Extremely underrated Vail Vegan option

Excellent meatball dish
Other dishes and sides are marked explicitly if they can be made vegan, and staff is knowledgeable in my experience.
Decor is obviously not vegan-friendly but the explicit catering to vegans on the menu is nice
