now that’s how you do vegan - Edit
High food quality and flavors and not shying away from the “v-word” on the menu. The Charred Eggplant Dip starter (server was attentive enough to say the bread is grilled in butter, and had a vegan option to that even) and the Vegan Roasted Cabbage were really delicious. They also make a wicked good manhattan😄The rest of the menu is meaty as [censored] and there’s an air of pretentious Vail-ness about the place but a vegan can dine with non-vegan friends without any compromise.

Great upscale food - Edit
Upscale menu and spacious seating. Food is delicious but also heavy. Bottled wine is reasonably priced. Very popular place and a dining experience, reservations a must.
