El sitio es muy colorido, hemos venido entre semana y está bastante fresquito. El personal ha sido muy amable, nos ha indicado qué era vegano en la carta y que no, también nos han dicho qué podía veganizarse. La comida ha estado muy rica. Hay cuatro tipos de ramen, gyozas veganas, bao vegano y lo típico de ensalada de algas, edamame... De postre nos hemos comido unos mochis de frambuesa y unos vasitos de sake.

Read moreWe ordered the Vegetable Mazesoba Ramen and the Kimchi Ramen. We had to ask them to remove the egg, because it doesn’t appear in the ingredient list but it does in the photos (and they confirmed they usually add it). And although the Mazesoba says on the menu that it includes fish, but they checked with the kitchen and told us it doesn’t.
The Kimchi Ramen was pretty good, especially the broth; but the Mazesoba was just alright.
Pros: The broth of the kimchi ramen was very tasty, They adapt dishes to be vegan if you ask
Cons: Not 100% vegan, Some photos and allergens on the menu don’t match, The mazesoba ramen was a little bit dry
