Rundum zufrieden mit unserem Essen und dem Service bei Buenavida vegan. Wir hatten Rote Beete Carpaccio, Aubergine mit Tuna-Mayo, die „Hühnchen“-Paella, Tiramisu und Käsekuchen (zum Mitnehmen). Alles extrem lecker! Und wir sind sehr satt geworden (den Käsekuchen gab es später). Wir sind von allen super freundlich bedient worden. Englisch, Spanisch, Italienisch geht alles.
Read moreSuper tasty food and really nice and accommodating service. We had two starters to share (beetroot carpaccio and eggplant with „tuna“-mayo), the „chicken“-paella and dessert. The tiramisu was a-ma-zing, and the cheesecake was great, too. We left really satisfied and full (the cake had to come home with us).

We visited BuenaVida Vegan twice during our stay in Tenerife in January 2026. The food is really great – generous portions, fresh and full of flavour. The staff are super friendly and made us feel right at home. Over our two visits we tried quite a few of the dishes (including all three desserts) and really enjoyed everything we had – see photos for more details. A special shout out for the lasagna which had an absolutely beautiful flavour. Definitely worth booking as they don’t have a lot of tables. You can do this via Instagram messaging or you can call them (they definitely speak Italian, Spanish and English).

Came here because of a recommendation a reviews. Did not disappoint. Food was on point and service was lovely. Upstairs in a shopping/mall so it was quiet when we were there. Definitely try the tiramisu 👀

I came here in October 2025 and had the tastiest food! Started with the vegan caprese salad then a huge slice of lasagne for main. Then I saw a tiramisu on the menu and whenever I see a vegan one I have to have it. Amazing service as well. the staff were so lovely and really passionate about the food.

The paella was very good (plenty of vegetables, good size, delicious chicken). The pumpkin risotto was good (good consistency, tasted good, but it became a bit monotonous halfway through). The meatballs were very good (good consistency, were a good size, and had a delicious tomato sauce). The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant's location was not very inviting.

Myself and my mother are long-time vegans and so far on our holiday we had been making all our foods at our accommodation, so finding this place was such a blessing and it was just amazing! The staff are excellent, the food is divine, the portion sizes were generous. I couldn't fault it. I had the Lasagne, my mother and boyfriend (who is not vegan but he absolutely loved this place) had a portion of Huera Paella each, and myself and mum shared another main of the Linguine Mushroom dish. I also had the Tropical smoothie which was delicious. We also ordered one of each desert (hopefully my pictures have uploaded) the Tiramisu, Cheesecake and Chocolate 'Salami'. The cheesecake was amazing but I would order it again without the passionfruit sauce as the cake was lovely as it was. The Tiramisu was also amazing, but my favourite was the Chocolate 'Salami'. I would recommend anyone to come here, vegan or not. The location of the Restaurant is in a quiet shopping mall, lovely outdoor seating and well shaded. This was my first time coming to Tenerife and I will be coming back again JUST so I can come back here and try more of their amazing food. 10/10, nothing to fault about it. Just perfect.

Everything on the menu is delicious (we had the lasagne, paella and linguine), the desserts are amazing (especially the tiramisu) and the staff is super friendly and fast - even on a busy night.
