The paella was very good (plenty of vegetables, good size, delicious chicken). The pumpkin risotto was good (good consistency, tasted good, but it became a bit monotonous halfway through). The meatballs were very good (good consistency, were a good size, and had a delicious tomato sauce). The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant's location was not very inviting.

Myself and my mother are long-time vegans and so far on our holiday we had been making all our foods at our accommodation, so finding this place was such a blessing and it was just amazing! The staff are excellent, the food is divine, the portion sizes were generous. I couldn't fault it. I had the Lasagne, my mother and boyfriend (who is not vegan but he absolutely loved this place) had a portion of Huera Paella each, and myself and mum shared another main of the Linguine Mushroom dish. I also had the Tropical smoothie which was delicious. We also ordered one of each desert (hopefully my pictures have uploaded) the Tiramisu, Cheesecake and Chocolate 'Salami'. The cheesecake was amazing but I would order it again without the passionfruit sauce as the cake was lovely as it was. The Tiramisu was also amazing, but my favourite was the Chocolate 'Salami'. I would recommend anyone to come here, vegan or not. The location of the Restaurant is in a quiet shopping mall, lovely outdoor seating and well shaded. This was my first time coming to Tenerife and I will be coming back again JUST so I can come back here and try more of their amazing food. 10/10, nothing to fault about it. Just perfect.

Everything on the menu is delicious (we had the lasagne, paella and linguine), the desserts are amazing (especially the tiramisu) and the staff is super friendly and fast - even on a busy night.

The tomato sauce that came with the no meatballs was really superb - could eat that with a spoon!
Would have loved some sides options, such as vegetables or garlic bread.
Hope this is a success because the guys were so great. Please do visit and support this little place!

Buena Vida is inside a shopping centre, don’t let that put you off. It is open air and they have decorated it with lots of plants so it is a lovely setting. The food was amazing, we had the lasagna which was some of the best I’ve tried. Then we had the tiramisu which was a real treat. If you are in Adeje and are vegan you must go here

Read moreMy partner had the "meat balls" and I had the paella, we also had the vegan cheese plater and for dessert the passion fruit cake which was just delicious, the most delicious vegan cake i've ever had and I've had many!!!
I have been to many vegan and vegetarian restaurants around the world and I'm very focused on quality, so believe me when I say this is top notch!
To bring the score even higher, the service is also very good, the guys working there are friendly and it feels like they care for their customers.
Yet, if you cannot put value on such good food and understand that people need to make a living, then you'll think this restaurant is expensive, but if you understand economics and value real good food, then well, you get it! It's worth it, ok?

Food is absolutely lovely. I had the huera paella and the fake chicken was very tasty (and I was very happy to find some fake meat in Tenerife!). It was quiet when we came on a Saturday night about 8pm and you don’t need a reservation. Recommend!

Great food, we had the lasagna and the paella and both were delicious. Desserts were definitely the best part, we had the cheesecake and tiramisu and both absolutely top draw. A touch pricey for the portions but still great food and a must for any vegan visiting Costa adeje (in my opinion).
