So much to choose from! - Edit
This was our second meal at Buddha-Full after first trying the one on 1st St. and enjoying it. The Celiac Kid (my young adult kiddo) got the same thing at both places: the berry bliss açaí bowl with added peanut butter. I enjoyed the Bohemian Soul Bowl at the 1st St. location but wanted to try something different here. It was hard to choose. I wanted everything. I finally opted for the Tuscan Wrap which came with a side salad. I also ordered one of the soups of the day, a creamy tomato. There was much more food than I had expected. Everything was wonderful!

Decadent Raw Food - Edit
This is a must-visit spot for vegan food. I like to come here after a hard workout and eat whatever I want. The food is super delicious and filling. Normally I wouldn't go for a ceasar salad, because as a vegetarian child of the 80s, I've had millions of them in my lifetime, and I don't find a lot of good vegan replacements. But the green pea tempeh and the raw croutons called to me today, and the lady behind the counter said she likes that salad best, so I went for it; a few bites in, and I was so glad that I did. It was incredible! So lemony, garlicky, and filling; Every bite was a delight! I finished my meal with a blended Mocha Latte and a slice of Raw Tiramisu - which I can't resist ordering every time I go in.
Read moreThe menu is clearly marked with allergens, especially gluten. (Although I almost got talked into the Raisin Bar by the same staff member and was about to make a last-swcond switch from the Raw Tiramisu until she mentioned peanut butter... my fault, not hers, but now I really wish it was made with almond butter instead, so I could try it.)
10 out of 10 for everything. My only wish is that they didn't serve everything in to-go containers. My heart dies a little every time I throw out a paper plate, especially when I dine in.

Pros: Great selection, Everything vegan, Gluten-free items are easy to identify
Cons: 100% use of to-go containers, even when dining in.

Very good, health conscious food. It’s nice when you feel good after you put fuel in your body. I was starving, so no food pics.

Filling and wholesome - Edit
Grabbed the Coastal Vibes Bowl and the Buddha buzz smoothie and was pleasantly surprised. Normally I don’t indulge in Buddha bowl type vegan places because they can be boring and not filling.
Read moreHowever the bowl was huge and super tasty. Packed with rice , lentils, tofu and a bunch of vegetables, topped with awesome spicy sauce!
The Buddha buzz was great too I’m normally not a smoothie person and prefer an afternoon coffee but this one hit the spot.
Lots of seating inside and out. Love the dedication to being low waste.
This location is more accessible than the one on first.
Pros: More accessible , More seating

Not Great - Edit
I’ll start by saying that the inside of the eatery is quite pleasant and it looks like they feature other small businesses by selling their stuff. Thumbs up on ambiance.
Read moreMy partner and I ordered 2 grilled please’s, the fiesta wrap, the berry bliss acai, baked goods, strawberry parfait, a coffee and a smoothie. The smoothie was the best thing of the experience and the only thing I would go back for.
The picture of the grilled please on the menu looks full and filling. I received a very thin sandwich with barely anything on it. Not to say it wasn’t good, I still enjoyed it, but the advertising is misleading. The fiesta wrap had more filling and that one was alright. The strawberry parfait and the acai bowl were very gross and unappetizing. My partner couldn’t force the bowl down and asked the workers to blend it for him (maybe a smoothie type drink made with it would be better?) but they said no because he had touched it. There was no refund or solution given. We threw them both out. The workers were nice at first but near the end the vibe was off. I went to wash my hands in the washroom and there was no soap, so I washed my hands in the accessible washroom. I told the counter staff they were out of soap and when I went to sit back down, a worker said to the other, “omg, its not an automatic dispenser”. I knew this, it was actually out of soap. The water station also had no water but I wasn’t going to say anything after that.
Another thing that did not impress me, especially from a vegan establishment, is that they only have take out containers/cutlery. I requested “for here” plating to reduce waste but they don’t have any non-disposable plates/utensils. When I went to throw everything out, there was just a garbage can. I asked the counter staff if they compost or recycle and they said everything is compostable but it was a garbage bag and a hand written note saying throw out garbage here, so I’m skeptical about that whole thing.
The cherry on top was that the cookies made me sick. The lemon cookie I got tasted rotten and was all soggy (threw it out) and the rest of the cookies made me feel like garbage. I know it was them because we ate here in the morning and I tried eating the cookies before bed. I woke up in the night very sick which lasted all throughout the next day with many bathroom trips. I know Buddha-Full does not make these cookies themselves (they come from a local bakery) but worth the mention.

Gorgeous cafe - Edit
This second location is a bright, modern space in the Northwoods mall area. The all vegan menu is based on fresh organic ingredients with options for breakfast to mains.
Read moreI usually go for the Buddha Bowls which are a mix of cooked and raw veg plus grain with a tasty sauce. They offer a very large smoothie menu with additions and the option to make it a ‘bowl’.
Unfortunately the staff bring this place down. My order has either been messed up or I have stood waiting at the counter for service and not even been acknowledged (I understand when it’s busy but this isn’t hard to do). Friendly staff would go a long way to really make this a great dining experience.
Pros: Vegan 100%, Treats to go, Large, healthy menu
Cons: Customer service lacking

The fiesta wrap was sooooo disappointing. 15$ for something you could do at home for like 4$. They forgot the vegan cheese and it didn’t taste good. No flavor ! The truffle and samosa were good, but way to expansive.

I love what they offer. But the staff aren’t very efficient. The line up in the store gets in the way for other customers to enter the store. The menu board is so hard to read because of the font size, colour, and the reflection of the daylight on the board. Amazing foods. Delicious smoothies.

So delicious and fresh! - Edit
My vegan boyfriend and I were looking for a great, fast vegan place close to the highway on our way to Whistler and this was just the ticket! Amazing food, plenty of healthy (and some not so healthy :)) vegan options. Food was made quickly and exactly as ordered. Price was standard for this quality of food. Highly recommend! Also they have swings you can sit on at the bar.
