Very good donut, sandwich less so - Edit
The donut I tried was very good (no surprise, it's the one created by Gnädinger which was bought by Buchmann) but the sandwich didn't impress - it was just tofu with some salad and not much sauce - nutritious but boring. They also have a vegan müesli which may be worth trying.
