Good but not many options

We went on a Sunday around noon. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. The vegan options are very minimal. The breakfast items are anything to get excited about. They had pancakes and scramble for nonvegans but nothing for us vegans. They could easily do tofu instead of eggs for many dishes. They even have vegan sausage but serve it with eggs. I got an acai bowl and my husband got a pumpkin burger. Nothing fancy and not worth waiting in line and then sitting an extremely tiny restaurant that was jammed as tight as they could with people and no a/c running. I ended up getting nauseous from how hot and crowded it was in there. Not sure what all the hype was about this place.

lovely food

Found the restaurant using the app. The food was amazing and atmosphere was great. The staff were very friendly. Really made our short stay in Barcelona a good one. Will definitely be heading right back there if i'm in town again.

Pros: Great generously portioned food, Great atmosphere, Nice staff

Cons: The queue to wait but i feel its worth it.

AWESOME pancakes

The green matcha pancakes are a work of art. Waiting time was forever though.

Pros: delicious, beautifully decorated food

Cons: packed, waiting to seat

Be careful with the vegan options!

several vegan options are labed. BUT THEY ARENT!
I talked to the owner and told me that the vegan icecream is regular icecream, and the vegetable burger is always vegetarian, because the bread and the burger contain milk and eggs.
There are only TWO vegan meals, the acai blue bowl and the salad bowl (ask for vegan option).
Remember that even if they tell a burger or pancakes are vegan, they are NOT.

Pros: cool place for pictures, nice decoration

Cons: meals were marked vegan when they are not, all bread contains milk, and its not marked, only two vegan options.

Doesn't live up to the hype! Wouldn't recommend!

I have no idea where there is constantly a queue outside this place! The food looks "pretty" sure but that's the only positive thing I can say about it. I had the protein salad and well, it was terrible. Also they dye the food- natural? I think not. I can't believe I paid almost 20 euros for that meal, even the worse cook could do better, no flavour whatsoever and staff were not friendly. It's safe to say I won't be going back.

WOW! So good!

I'm so glad my friend recommended this place. I absolutely love the ambiance and the presentation was spectacular!
4.5/5 Taste
5/5 Presentation
5/5 creativity
2.5/5 service
5/5 ambiance
5/5 price vs quality/quantity
I thought the portions were HUGE and decently price for portion, presentation and quality. The first time I went there they had no more vegan pancakes (made me so sad!). So I had the acai bowl and salad. One of the best salads I ever had! I had to come back the next day for the vegan pancakes. I thought it was more like cake than pancakes but still good. Presentation was beautiful! The only part I didn't like was the ridiculous line up and the hostess lost the list of names and we waited so long until i finally asked where we were on the list. Only to realize we weren't! She should have gone around asking ppl for our names again. We were standing in front of the entrance! Other than that... I would recommend this place. Come super early!

good but too crowded

though the food in this place is very good, it has way too many tables than it should, so that you almost touch the person in the table next to you and hear all the conversation as if it was your friend.

Pros: good food, big plates

Cons: crowded, waiters too busy so a bit mean with clien

Too Touristy

Too many guiris, as I would say. Yes, myself as a tourist was one of the first places to go out for brunch.
The truth is you have to wait a very long time for a table, and most of the time you will need to sit down with other people.
The food is good, but not amazingly good.
With so many good vegan restaurants around Barcelona, I am not so sure I will be back to this one so soon.

Pros: Decoration, Staff

Cons: Too crowded, Waiting time

great!

I wasn't desperate to hunt down this place as its only other review on here isn't great; but my (vegetarian) partener and stumbled upon it when wandering one morning; it looked great, there was a real buzz about the place, people hanging around outside waiting for tables and with bellys rumbling we decided to make a brunch stop. I'm so glad we did!
Only other place I've found in BCN (beside Flax and Kale which I highly recommend! Best brunches!) that does Acai bowls. I had that and a soya cappuccino dusted with cinnamon which was delicious.
They had a fresh fruit bowl and a smoothie bowl served in melon half a which I can't wait to try next time.
My boyfriend had a bagel with veggie scrambled eggs (not vegan) and a fresh OJ which he really enjoyed and the portions were massive! Kept us going all day!
Great vibe, lots of foodies hanging out there and bloggers snapping their food and raving about it. All the food that I saw was really beautifully presented and big portions.
I think it's been underrated on happycow so far. We thought it was fab and will defo be going back.

Barely no choise in vegan food

I don't know why this place is on HappyCow. The only vegan options on the menu are a quinoa salad (which is not marked vegan) and a fruit salad. The quinoa salad was good, but not really what I was hoping for. There was also not many vegetarian options available.

Cons: barely nothing vegan
