Soyrizo Burrito! - Edit
Pretty darn good burrito that they can make vegan with Soyrizo. Sweet potatoes and beans make up the bulk of it. I asked to add avocado which they charged me for but then didn’t add it. When I mentioned the omission to the waitress she made it right albeit with a slight attitude and then didn’t charge me for something else I added which was appreciated. Only disappointment was the upcharge of $4 to make the burrito vegan. The basic rizorito burrito costs $21. So, it’s a pretty expensive burrito. However, the portion size is huge and you can save half for a later meal.

Delicious huevos rancheros w/ just egg and delicious smokey beans - Edit
Loved the helpful staff who pointed out what could be veganized. Food was really flavorful.
