Great Vegan Food! - Edit
They were in the middle of updating their menu, but the physical menus had a separate vegetarian and vegan list. Appetizers weren’t included, but I got the deep fried veggie spring rolls which were amazing! I also had the veggie fried rice and the vegan sushi burrito. Both were incredible! The fried rice seemed more like steamed rice with veggies and white sauce than fried rice, but still great. The sushi burrito was loaded and so tasty! I’ll definitely come back to try other things!

We ordered the General Tao's Tofu and Hot and Spicy Tofu Teryaki. The general tofu was crispy and flavorful. The teryaki had crispy tofu but was a little bland.

We discussed everything that can be veganized and they stated that the only fish sauce is in the pho. Their little side salad is pre-dressed with mayo and their tofu bap bowl you need to specify no mayo based drizzle. Tasty food.

Great vegetarian options - Edit
They have a clearly marked vegetarian section on the back of their menu. They also have spring rolls and vegetarian Ramen that is listed as coming soon. The food was really good, and the portions were huge. We will definitely be back!
