Nice vegan coffee shop - Edit
Brûlé is the latest vegan coffee shop in Toulouse and it rocks! The Saturday brunch is very nice (even if it lacks a little bit of salted dishes in my opinion). Their pancakes are great, the drinks too, especially the lattes. The staff is nice and the place is very central near a nice square. I can't recommend the place enough for brunch and pastries.

Went here on a Sunday for brunch and really liked it! They offer an orange juice (or one other fresh juice), coffee or tea, bread with scrambled tofu, yogurt with granola and fruit, brownie and pancakes.
Read moreReally liked the taste of the food and it's filling. Although I found it pricey for a brunch -25€ (but Toulouse isn't cheap anyway), it was well worth it.
The location is good, in a quiet area with seating inside and outdoors.

I stumbled across this place during a weekend visit to Toulouse. The brunch was delicious and more filling than I expected. I personally don't have much of a sweet tooth so I wish they had more savory options on the menu. Other than that, the food was perfect.

During lunch time you can take sandwiches, bowl or a soup. We took everything and it was really good. Fresh and tasty. On weekend there is a little brunch selection. The cheesecake as dessert is also a good choice.

On y est allé sans savoir que cela venait juste d'ouvrir et on a pas été déçus, bien au contraire. Certes c'est un peu petit à l'intérieur, mais la terrasse n'attend que les beaux jours. Et elles sont rares les terrasses tranquilles à Toulouse. Si en plus il y en a une végane, je lui devine un bel avenir !
Read moreLes sandwichs étaient excellents, bien équilibrés et une super texture. Les pommes de terre grenaille et leur aïolis sont un must et les pâtisseries... mmm... J'en ai l'eau à la bouche rien que d'y penser. Et là encore une consistance exceptionnelle et pas trop sucrées.
Enfin l'accueil est très agréable, calme et souriant. Les tenancières travaillent efficacement et sans stress ce qui donne une ambiance reposante en salle, même en plein service du midi. On a pu discuter un peu à la fin et elles étaient ouvertes et sincères.
Bref une adresse à retenir, et encore on a pas testé les cafés.

What a lovely place! A perfect tranquil spot right around the corner of St Georges, with a super friendly and happy staff, to enjoy the best patisseries and your favorite hot drink! I fell in love with the peanut butter latte, which is just soul-warming. The best cake I can’t choose, cause they’re all just too good to not eat in one go :). If you’re around, give this place a visit, but be aware, you’ll risk hanging around for longer to try out all the beautiful and original patisseries staring at you from the counter!

Fuimos a desayunar demasiado pronto y la cocina estaba cerrada, por lo que nos quedamos sin probar la sección salada y alguna cosa dulce que aún estaba en el horno. En cualquier caso, la cheese Cake, el brownie y la galleta (mi favorita) estaban riquísimas y en el punto justo de dulzor, para nada empalagosas. Una delicia, vaya.

Même si on est pas amatrice de café, Brûlé est vraiment un lieu à ne pas rater ! Elles ont été super créatives sur les recettes de latte sans café. On retrouve du matcha, du chaï, of course ! Mais aussi d'autres recettes avec leurs sirops fait maison : latte peanut butter, black sesame, violette. bref, il va me falloir un moment pour tester toute la carte !

I was lucky enough to eat twice at Brûlé (100% vegan gluten free options) , the first time during the week, and the second time for their brunch(weekends only). I went for the almost BLT sandwich and fell for the no-bacon (I am not vegan and I truly found it amazing). I particularly enjoyed the « pommes de terres grenailles » and their aïoli (garlic sauce) it tastes as good as the real deal ! I totally fell in love with the babka and the brownie, I mean who would not love a brownie which is at the same time crunchy (rice crispy on top) and meltingly soft (chocolate and nuts)?
Read moreThe brunch was as good as what they offer during the week. The pancakes are fluffy , the scrambled tofu is quite tasty, the homemade granola is worth mentioning - I really liked it !
Finally, I had the black sesame latte and the peanut butter latte, but my favourite is the sesame one, it’s my new addiction.

First time at Brûlé this morning, I had an oatmilk latte with Babka. Every mouthful of Babka was delicious, and the coffee is AMAZING. I am a coffee lover (addict)myself and this place is heaven if like me you live for coffee. Edith will guide you through their coffee selection so that you end up having the perfect coffee experience. Anaëlle, the pastry chef makes the most amazing cakes, they look amazing and they taste unreal ! The Babka was moist, and very chocolaty, not too sweet which I enjoyed tremendously.
