Open Wed-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 10:30-18:00, Sun 10:30-15:00. Closed Mon-Tue. Kitchen open 10:30am to 2:30pm everyday.

I visited this amazing place throughout my month long stay in Toulouse, so many delicious vegan options, it kept me coming back again and again. Barre riz soufflé was definitely one of my favourites.

Read moreThe menu is quite small when it comes to savory options but the quality of the food was more than enough to justify it; it also explains how the service was so quick (also really friendly and spoke Spanish).
The savory options were to die for, and we did really love the desserts. My main criticism is that the drinks were not flavourful at all and that the locale is kinda small, but overall I quite recommend it and I'm likely to repeat!

A great vegan place in Toulouse - Edit
We had a great lunch at Brûlé with really delicious and creative meals, sushi and middle eastern dishes. Our dessert was a muffin with orange blossoms which were so good! And they make a great coffee too. Go there!

Always on top. The menu change regularly, and it's delicious. There is a large choice of coffee and Latte. It's also the perfect place for a sunday brunch. The inside is a little tiny but it's a nice place, and the team is very kind.

The all plant-based Sunday brunch impressed vegans and meat-eaters alike. Every dish I tried was tasty, rich, & warmly spiced, and each had a balanced variety of textures, flavors, and nutrient sources. They had an interesting selection of non-coffee lattes and lots of dessert options as well. They are located on a quiet, pretty street which was nice for eating outside.

Best vegan address in Toulouse hands down ! - Edit
I discovered this place a year or so ago and I've come almost every week on the week ends. The people there are just lovely and everything is just delicious and not very pricey (most pricey foods are beverages and deserts) so you can be very full of delicious vegan goodness for around 20€ and that is getting rarer and rarer in Toulouse.

One of the best bowls I've had. My wife had the pancakes with peanut sauce and fresh fruit. I was lucky she couldnt eat it all, since it is so filling, so I ate the rest. OH YESS, also so good!
Creative cooking, surprising combinations. Even desserts are partly unexpected things (cheesecake with popcorn on top?!)
Highly recommended place.
(Dont worry, if you dont like peanuts, or are allergic to them, there are plenty of other options without them 😉)

Lovely vegan café in Toulouse - Edit
Probably my favorite vegan café in Toulouse. Not only is the staff very friendly but the dishes are also flavorful and well balanced. I went for a violet latte and the delicious BBQ Toast. And explosion of fresh flavors.

Nous nous sommes régalés des pancakes salés, leur texture était parfaite et les différents éléments salés (tofu style oeuf brouillé, épinards, etc) étaient savoureux.
Le sandwich style Banh mi était très bon aussi!
Leur coin épicerie rassemble une belle diversité de produits vegan rarement disponibles en épicerie.

The food is outstanding. A must-go place if you’re in Toulouse or nearby. Staff is super friendly. Try and make it for brunch, served between 10:30 and 14:30. Last order is 30 minutes before closing. Good value for money

Delicious food! Went late in the day and they only had the pancakes on but they did not dissapoint, the scramble could have used a bit more salt but overall extremely delicious. The peanut syrup worked surprisingly well. Drinks and service were lovely and spoke english which was helpful. Nice little selection of vegan products for sale too including faux gras.
