First pizza in Rome

I was excited to find vegan options at Brucio when i saw a photo of their menu online. However, this must have been an older photo as the menu has since changed. They still always have a few vegan options.
I tried the Vegan in Color pizza. It was tasty and HUGE, but I wasn’t blown away. Sort of lacking in flavour and sauce. The server seemed to know this since when I ordered she asked if I was vegan (seemed like she would have recommended something else if I had said no).
