Really good impossible burger

I've had a lot of impossible burgers but this one struck me as surprisingly well done for a non veg restaurant. They also have some really good drinks.

Great Impossible Burger!

They have vegan cheese, vegan Mayo, vegan buns, and impossible burgers. There are tons of veggie burger options and their salads are amazing too! I hate salads but their Valencia salad is fantastic.

Pros: Lots of vegan toppings, Fries are great too, Awesome patio

Cons: Upscale/more expensive

Try their quinoa salad

Their quinoa salad is amazing!! Comes w fried quinoa balls and hummus w fresh greens, it was really delicious!

Not all veggie burgers are vegan

It's beautiful to see that Lafayette has more and more vegan options, but it can get a little confusing. The menu is clearly marked with (VG) for vegetarian options, but all of the vegetarian options are not vegan, even with substitutions.

They have a garbanzo and mushroom veggie burger (labeled vegetarian, not vegan), a black bean burger (labeled vegetarian, not vegan), impossible burger (vegan, not always in stock), and a grilled portobello sandwich (vegan as long as the bun is subbed out, according to the waiter). The first time I went there was on opening week, and the staff thought the garbanzo/mushroom wasn't vegan just because of the mayo that came with it. Apparently, the mixture is not vegan itself because they add their BEER which isn't vegan.

Pros: Impossible burger, Portobello burger

Cons: Veggie burgers not vegan, Beer not vegan
