Easy 5 star - Edit
Not fully vegan, but they have a few vegan options and my god they are incredible, specifically the björk sandwich. Easily the best vegan meal I’ve ever eaten, if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m visiting from 7 hours away I would be here every day.

😍 BreadHive bakery was my favorite stop during my stay in NY state. The staff & cafe are both on point. I tried the Bjork sandwich and it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! 100/10 stars!!

(: - Edit
Had myself a challenging time trying to decide on a sandwich, some great options- build your own if you so choose, but after fifteen minutes of back and forth I went with The Shania, tofu scrambies seasoned to perfection. Had it on an everything bagel. Picked up a strawberry hand pie as well. Soo tastyyy! (:

Clearly Labeled - Edit
Ordered take-out after my daughter suggested that this spot was really delicious. I ordered The Shania with house made spicy mayo and the Earl Grey Bun, as well as a half dozen bagels. My family members ordered other make your own sandwiches and enjoyed theirs quite a bit. This place is pricey but worth the once and awhile treat.

Worker owned deliciousness - Edit
Tons of clearly labeled vegan options. All their bread is vegan unless there's a special with cheese or something in the name.
Read moreTons of baked goods and always vegan cookies, vegan scone, and vegan muffin option. I'm obsessed with their hand pies which are almost always vegan. Their pie crust is fantastic and the full size pies are great.
There are also vegan sandwiches on the menu or build your own with housemade seitan or tempeh bacon.
At holidays they have special vegan items to pre-order like seitan roast, cheeze spread or ball, garlic butter, pies, bread, tomato jam, take and bake cinnamon rolls, and more.
I get two loaves of bread every week.
Also has coffee, iced tea, and partners with local businesses. All flour is King Arthur, also a coop.
Pros: Amazing bread, Hand pies!, Pre-orders!
Cons: Closes at 2:30pm, Can smell like bacon on the weekend

House made breads, bagels, baked goods, sandwiches, soups, coffee, tea, and local goods. Fantastic little locally owned spot with a great Buffalo vibe and some of the best vegan/vegetarian food around.

Totally delicious! - Edit
I had the ‘dolly sandwich’ with house-made seitan and other local ingredients. This first thing that caught my eyes when I first walked in was the freshly baked pretzels decorating the wall. I also walked away with a few of them, and needless to say they were amazing!

I brought some omnis here and everyone loved the bagel sandwiches! I tried both the Bjork and the Shania; both were excellent, and on really good bagels. I also had a muffin which might be the best vegan muffin I've ever had. Love to support a worker-owned collective too!

Excellent local spot - Edit
All breads are vegan, fresh-baked, and delicious! They offer a vegan breakfast sandwich with tofu scramble and two vegan lunch sandwiches (tempeh or seitan based). A few of the assorted baked goods are vegan as well. A great local Buffalo co-op to support!

Good bagels and sandwiches! - Edit
Stop in for a quick breakfast (bagel with Tofutti cream cheese!) or a nice sandwich. I had a great seitan reuben there with delicious local pickles. The sandwiches come with a side salad.
