What do you do when you're in a foreign place and are hungry? Happy Cow to the rescue! After a very hot morning walking around in Corsica, we decided to find someplace to eat. This was the closest so we gave it a shot... There really was only one choice so we both ordered the Buddha Bowl (without egg). It was very tasty and filling. They also had a vegan chocolate mousse and fruit dessert which was light and refreshing.

An amazing Buddha bowl - Edit
In this restaurant you will have only one vegan option (the Buddha bowl) and 2 other vegetarian meals (an avocado toast and a veggie burger) they all look amazing and smell incredibly good ! I’ve obviously tried the Buddha bowl and everything in it was just perfect !

Although, Brasserie L‘Instant doesn‘t offer a big food selection, they also serve a vegan Buddha bowl that is clearly labeled as such. Also, upon offering dessert, they mentioned that it is vegan - so they are clearly „vegan aware“ which i found particularly useful given other food experiences that I had while traveling Corsica.
