Super well seasoned guacamole - Edit
The Bagel with guacamole was super nice. Perfect amount of salt and lemon for me. Also liked the sandwich with soy meat and the vegan waffles.

We went back twice! - Edit
Love the amount of options they had to chose from, we went back twice and if we have time I will go back and try another thing before leaving. I had waffles with 2 fruits and coffee for 10usd. They also had vegan cookies that was delicious, I brought it with me because I was so full after the waffles. The coffee was the best in Galapagos this far.

Like that there were several vegan options on the menu. I chose the bagel with guacamole and yuca chips. Bagel tasted like it had been microwaved from frozen and was very tough. Chips were very salty. Okay overall. Cheapest lunch I found on the main strip.

Had the vegan waffle which came with 2 fruits, sauce, and a juice. I chose strawberries, bananas, and maple syrup as well as the juice of the day which was strawberry. The waffles were really good and really filling. Nice place close to the Charles Darwin Research Station.

Has plenty of vegan dishes like sandwiches and wraps. Most of them come with some kind of soy meat. Chill place that is a lot less noisy than places located more central in the bay area. Good coffee too.

Great food on a hot day that was cool and quick. We ordered several dishes and they were all fast and correct. Menu has tons of options for vegans in the food, drinks, smoothies, there is something for everyone including omnis. Vegan cookie was a pleasant surprise to find on the island! #Veganuary

We loved this restaurant because of its huge menu with something for everyone. We had the quinoa and black beans with tofu and veggies and the açai bowl. Both excellent! And so filling. Coffee and vegan bikkies were good too!

We had a lovely salad and wrap both with soy meat, a nice change given how hard it is to find decent sources of vegan protein in restaurants. Good selection of vegan and veggie options.

Loved our breakfast here! Açaí bowl was totally customizable. A great treat when it’s so hot out. Perfect breakfast spot for a group who wants to eat different things. They had strong plates like pancakes and waffles but also smoothies and juices. Also vegan cookies!

The go to Restaurant for vegans on Santa Cruz - Edit
This is my favorite restaurant in the Galápagos Islands as it has the most vegan options and the most vegan friendly menu. The dishes are fresh and nicely prepared, the offer a wide variety of food from breakfast items to waffles, vegan cookies, smoothies and hearty bowls or sandwiches.
