Friendliest staff - Edit
Went to Boukan on Danforth, a Haitian restaurant, with friends. Their menu is small but included some good vegan options (burger, Fritay, ratatouille, rice and peas, mango bites, donuts)
Read moreReally enjoyed our evening there. The food was good, spicy mango bites were delicious!!! Being Haitian food it is often spicy and mostly deep fried so it is not a place I could go on repeat but for an interesting meal out it does the trick.
The staff at this place were super friendly and conscientious!!! Our server, Adrienne, took extra care to get answers regarding a few inquiries we had about the food. The owner, Ricardo, took the time to introduce himself and told us that they have separate fryers for all things vegan. They also have live entertainment on weekends and even do private parties.
