Mediocre food, poor food service & no customer service - Edit
A booking was made several weeks in advance for an 85th birthday family dinner. At the time of booking, staff were well aware of the occasion and advised that music in the pub would begin at 9 pm, so an early dining time was chosen. However, amplified music began before 8 pm, while finishing our starters.
Read moreMultiple polite requests to lower or turn off 1-speaker in the side dining area were declined by the manager, Riain, despite the fact that the adjustment would not have affected the main bar. Riain said “the bar is full so I do not care.” A very disappointing but telling response. Other tables in the same area also left due to the music volume all of whom live locally and will not return. Sadly we were forced to leave before we could even do the birthday cake.
I am unsure why the venue accepts bookings for occasions it cannot accommodate. We relied on them to confirm suitability when the booking was made. This information may be useful for others considering the venue for similar events.

Tolle Möglichkeit, in Phibsborough essen zu gehen! - Edit
„The Botanic“ bietet eine große vegane Auswahl auf einer gesonderten Seite der Karte. Die Portionen sind sehr groß, was den Preis rechtfertig. Einige der veganen Optionen sind sehr scharf, was die Auswahl für mich etwas eingeschränkt hat.

Als kleiner Tipp: Frühzeitig hingehen, oder einen Tisch reservieren, da es sehr gut besucht ist.
Wir würden nochmal hingehen.

Cons: Service wäre drinnen sicherlich besser gewesen , Einige Speisen waren scharf
