Für das ganze Restaurant gab es nur zwei Angestellte (einer davon hat gekocht und Essen in der offenen Küche vorbereitet ) und es waren fast alle Tische besetzt. Trotzdem waren sie super freundlich und die Wartezeit war auch ok.

Botania has a bunch of options which are vegetarian, and honestly everything was done really really well... Their Kimchi burger was so good and had awesome texture!

Tasty Sandwich - Edit
We had a vegan KFC-style sandwich which was pretty tasty. It’s a nice restaurant in a Green Warehouse which has lots of cool products so definitely worth a visit.

Es war wirklich sehr lecker und es gab vegane Essensoptionen, auch vegane Milchalternativen.

Man bestellt über einen QR Code und bezahlt per Kreditkarte.
Personal sehr freundlich, Essen war schnell da. Es gibt Sitze drinnen und draußen. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente.

Back when this was a vegetarian restaurant the vegan menu used to be great, but the vegan options decreased when they started serving meat and the selection is now very limited for food. They still serve vegan cakes from Vegetalia, though.

Really good crispy cauliflower wings. Had a pumpkin soup that was good too. Nice atmosphere but a bit crowdy on saturdays, there's not much space between the tables and people were waiting outside to get a table.

This place looks amazing! I've never seen so many real plants inside any restaurant. Half of the seating is located within a greenhouse, the other part feels very open because of the many windows, yet cosy at the same time. Their outdoor terrace has a nice view over the Stadhuisbrug.
Read moreWe only ordered some stuff from their bakery (made by Vegetalian) and we got quite a large portion of banana bread and pumpkin pie. They both tasted great.
They have a lot of special lemonades, from which we ordered a really nice one with elderflower. I had the chai latte with soy milk, and it was quite a special one. I think it was homemade. The only downside was the small cup!
Everything is vegetarian, and most of the things can be made vegan if asked. This is not so clear on the menu.
We will definitely come bake to taste more of their food, because it looked great on other people's plates.
It is located within an eco warehouse, which is also definitely worth checking out. Great for sustainable gift shopping!
