Nothing is clearly labeled vegan on the menu but staff seem to understand what vegan is and will tell you what can and cannot be ordered vegan. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-6:30pm, Sat 11:00am-6:00pm. Closed Sun.

Tasty and fast - Edit
Nothing is labeled vegan explicitly on the menu but they know what it means and will tell you which dishes can be modified. We had the pad thai and yellow curry with tofu and both were great. Part of a larger lot of food trucks, there’s a small seating area nearby. Food also came out very fast which was awesome.

Some of the best Thai in town - Edit
Had a great Thai meal from this small truck across the street from the NM Capitol. While not fully vegan, they have good vegan options (ask while placing your order) and they understand what on the menu can be prepared vegan. The spice level was just right on both the Green Curry and the Drunken Noodles, the Spring Rolls were fresh and the Mango Sticky Rice was delicious. Not a lot of Thai options in town and this is one of the best.
