Excellent tasting menu - Edit
They have 3 different tasting menus, including one that is vegan. Every course was very good, with interesting combinations. I wasn’t sure I’d like the crepe, but it was my favorite. My companions all had the seafood/fish tasting menu and they also enjoyed everything. There is an optional saki pairing, which some of my companions chose & enjoyed. The courses are also available à la carte, so there are good options if you aren’t too hungry. I took home leftovers from one of the tasting dishes, since it was a lot of food!

Delicious vegan (and gluten free) tasting menu with wonderful service. We eat a lot of Vietnamese food at home, but the familiar ingredients were transformed and completely unique. A must eat in Santa Fe for vegans.

Good vegetarian & vegan tasting menu - Edit
This is a cute little restaurant that provided great service and ambiance. They accommodated us well with a great vegan/plant-based tasting menu as well. Great service from Hue Chan the owner, and Erica the chef. Parking was on the street. This is a great place for a special/romantic occasion, and to have Vietnamese/Asian fusion food.

Incredible tasting menu - Edit
The Garden (all vegan) tasting menu was incredible. It’s a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. It was perfect for our anniversary. We were both completely full by the end of it. The crepes were our favorite dish.

This restaurant has lots of vegan options and they offer a fully vegan tasting menu. It was 5 courses of Vietnamese inspired vegan cuisine. Everything was super yummy. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if I could.

This was easily our best restaurant experience in Santa Fe. Innovative, delicious food with great work with flavors and textures, combined with a gorgeous interior, wonderfully soft lighting, friendly, fast service, and incredible vegan options including a full vegan tasting menu. I am definitely going back. Don’t miss this one!

They deserve a 5 for their vegan food. This Vietnamese “reimagined” place is amazing! Delicious and artfully created gluten free and vegan tasting menu (garden) with an option for sake pairings (my husband had) and mocktails (I had a delicious tropical one). Items can also be purchased à la carte. Every dish of the five vegan tasting menu was so good-And it was very filling! The vegan rice turmeric crepe with dipping sauce and the caramelized lemongrass eggplant over rice porridge (risotto) were my two favorites. The chef brought out dessert and then we received an extra tiny sorbet dessert for free because we were celebrating our anniversary. It is a splurge but WORTH IT! Support their vegan menu and have some vegan fine dining. 🥂

Amazing vegan and gluten free tasting menu - Edit
A little unfair to limit this to four stars. They offer an entirely vegan five course tasting menu with optional sake pairings. Each course was packed with flavor! The service was attentive and the atmosphere relaxed. We'll definitely be back!
