Authentic Ukrainian food, lots of vegan options! - Edit
The vegan options at Borscht Kitchen aren’t marked on the menu, but the staff was so friendly and answered all my questions. There were enough items to choose from that I couldn’t try them all in one visit, so I’ll definitely be back. Lots of dishes I remember from my childhood that Baba used to make. I confirmed there is no egg or dairy used to make the varenyky, so you should be good to choose any of the vegetable options. Next time I want to ask if the nalistnyky is vegan-friendly!
