Serves meat, vegan options available. One of a few regional fast-casual Mexican-inspired restaurants that uses fresh ingredients for "made from scratch" items. Vegetarian dishes are clearly marked on the menu, and the kitchen will make a dish vegan when requested (leaving out dairy, etc.). Family and group friendly. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Good vegan options

We went here during our UP trip for a quick lunch. It was pretty good! Definitely a fast causal place but decent portions and plenty of options. The staff are knowledgeable and are able to make most menu items vegan. In fact, it seems they’ve recently added a plant-based chorizo!

Pros: Easy, Cheap, Knowledgeable

Cons: Maybe could use more spices/flavor

Vegan bowl

Staff friendly, the vegan bowl was good. Was impressed for a fast food place. Haven’t found that many options for vegan food around Marquette. Would definitely eat here again!

Pretty good

I got a veggie bowl and really enjoyed it, but the tofu tacos were not my thing. They have great tortilla chips!

So you didn't like the Sofritos, that is a favorite of many but if you don't like spice, there may be better options.
