Serves meat, vegan options available. One of a few regional fast-casual Mexican-inspired restaurants that uses fresh ingredients for "made from scratch" items. Vegetarian dishes are clearly marked on the menu, and the kitchen will make a dish vegan when requested (leaving out dairy, etc.) Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

A lot of options

Most dishes can be made vegan. There are a lot of gluten free options as well, which makes this restaurant a great option for friend groups or families with different dietary needs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is like any fast food restaurant, moderately noisy with open concept architecture. Order at the counter and bus your table at the end. The local chain is under new transitional ownership over the next 2 years so we will see how things change.

Greetings, thank you for your review. We are new to Happy Cow, but gladly a part of it. Your explanation of our restaurant is very good, thank you. One thing we would like to add is that we happily accommodate Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten free. All of our menu items can be made to suit your dietary needs upon request. Yummy food, knowledgeable staff

Very customizable menu with something for everyone. Staff knows what vegan means, service is friendly and quick. This is my go-to place when I don’t feel like cooking on a weeknight.

Pros: Customizable menu , Vegan-knowledgeable staff, Speedy service

Cons: Wish they were open later
