Lovely atmosphere and incredible food. Some of the best vegan food I've had in Ontario. Had the jalapeño cheddar burger and it was top notch! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu when I'm back in town.

We had a fantastic meal! I was the only vegan and everyone was blown away by the burgers and the loaded poutines. Our daughter who is one also enjoyed her veggie nuggets and fries. They had a baby chair and didn’t even mind that she ate the menu and made a huge mess on the floor. Very family friendly.

Was excited to go here yesterday with my 3 adult children. One of my daughters was not very hungry and requested the kids chicken nugget meal. She was told the option was only for children 12 and under. There was no similar meal to order for adults. She had a plain pizza instead and only ate one slice. ($12 pizza). If we had ordered the meal through skip the dishes, would they need to verify the meal was going to be eaten by a child that’s 12 or under?!

When I told the waitress that the coleslaw tasted off (my daughters agreed), she came back from the kitchen, explaining that the coleslaw was made yesterday and maybe the bagged cabbage they used was the cause of this funny taste. It’s a shame they don’t have time to shred their own cabbage, fresh!
I won’t be returning to this location.

Yet another addition to the soggy, mushy burger trend. Lots of options, yes, but they mostly range from “too much sauce” to “way to much freaking sauce”... and none of them are particularly delicious. This burger chain is a decent option in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go too far out of your way.

I first discovered Boon Burger on a business trip to Winnipeg. When they opened up in Burlington I was really happy. The first visit made me ecstatic. I just wish I could stop myself from ordering a burger AND Poutine - either on its own is a full meal. Both together leaves no room for the soft serve ice cream. My only complaint is I'm so used to being forced to compromise with a choice of "take it or leave it" in non-vegetarian restaurants that going into Boon Burger leaves me almost paralysed with choice.

I've visited Boon Burger many times since it opened. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and their recommendations are sound. The food is well presented and hot! Even my non-vegan friends are happy to eat here because the food and the vibe is great. Go. You won't be disappointed.

Friendly staff does not make a restaurant... - Edit
When I entered the restaurant I was not sure what I was supposed to do as no one greeted me or even said hello and take a seat. So I eventually took a seat and when no one came to at least offer me a menu I realized that you had to order at the cash and the staff will be bring your food to your table.

The burger was flavourless and the poutine was cold and bland.
While I am always a champion of the vegan lifestyle, and the staff was friendly, I won't be returning to Boon Burger as it simply does not live up to all the hype.

It took me forever to choose from the long list of interesting looking burgers. In the end I ended up with the buddha burger. The patty was sooo tasty! Looking forward to trying different burgers next time I'm out there!

Everything about this place is positive. The friendly staff, eco-conscious using non disposable utensils and paper bags, and if you like fast food it’s a great vegan alternative and overall healthier than the well-known non vegan chains. Absolutely LOVE this place!
