Disappointing - Edit
The food truck is randomly on the corner of an otherwise vacant intersection. It’s great to have had the vegan options and the food wasn’t bad. If you stumble upon it, then go for it! If you’re visiting from out of town, I think you can do better.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
Bonsai Asian Tacos is a mostly stationary food truck that is super vegan friendly serving tofu, tempeh and grilled vegetables. We had the Bonsai Stir Fry and the Bonsai Lemongrass Curry - both were delish. Dine out in the sunshine, eat in your car, or take home, Bonsai Asian Tacos is totally worth the trip.
