I tried the blueberry ice cream and the texture is spot on. It is made with aquafaba and my friend was a little worried, but he liked it a lot as well.

Fabulous french bread, pastries, ice cream all Vegan, gluten free, soy free and delicious. The owners are dedicated to healthy allergen free food on many levels without sacrificing the quality and taste and with great attention to detail.

Heaven for everyone - Edit
Not only was this place adorable and allergen friendly, but they offered vegan/GF/free of major allergen goodies that we've never seen before (meringue, cake pops, gelato, etc.) Everything we had was amazing.
