The papaya salad... Was not a papaya salad. 9€ for 2 kind of vegetables with vinegar and garlic which tastes worse than a quick salad I would make myself is a disappointing experience. They should reduce their menu to the meals they do well. We asked for chili because it was written "spicy" and the owner told us spicy means with garlic... And the quantity was very small.

There is a big variety of dishes to try! And you definitely get an amount of food worth paying the price for. I ordered Pho for the first time, and even if I have nothing to compare it to, I adored the spices and supplies of "meat". They have traditional coconut pearls which I also tasted for the first time and were very pleased with both texture and flavor.
Read moreI went back in the afternoon and ordered the Kao Lak beef stew which you can choose to add chili sauce or not. It could've been a bit more on the plate but otherwise, I was very pleased!

We stopped by this place on a Saturday evening and were greeted by friendly serving staff. The menu was expansive and tempting, we had the Vietnamese salad as a generous starter, the Vietnamese rice and the coconut milk noodle soup with chicken and tofu. Everything was great and we left stuffed.

Read moreThe atmosphere is warm and very friendly. I would recommend though, to take down the large posters from both windows (so you can look outside), to change the twittering birds music and to lower the sound of the alarm for ? (a new home delivery order? a plate ready?)

Cibo incredibile, porzioni generose, menù talmente ampio che è impossibile scegliere!!! Il menù prevede un'ampia scelta di specialità vietnamite e asiatiche in chiave vegetale. I sostituti della carne sono talmente somiglianti che si fa fatica a credere che siano davvero vegetali!!! Il menù fisso a 15,50€ disponibile a pranzo dal lunedì al venerdì è così abbondante che è difficile mangiare tutto per una persona sola. Anche ordinando alla carta il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo per un locale 100% vegetale. Se vi trovate in zona andate a mangiare in questo ristorante, non ve ne pentirete!!!

This place is small and has limited seating so I recommend getting a reservation, but if a table is available they will seat you right away without a reservation.

There is a gender neutral bathroom available for customers as well and it's great for washing your hands after taking the metro to get here.
The decor is really nice with all the hand painted bamboo, lotus, and cherry blossoms. It's charming and a nice place to sit and eat.
The menu had so many things to pick from I didn't know where to start. I also appreciate that everything had descriptions so I knew exactly what was in all the dishes. Some dishes I was familiar with and others I was not.
I love dumplings so I knew I was going to pick one of those as a starter, but even dumplings had a lot of different versions and styles. I went with the grilled ones. They are doughy and come with a delicious barbecue flavored sauce to dip them in. I really liked the texture, but they weren't delicate like the fried and steamed ones I get at home. It was pleasantly surprising and still delicious.
For my main dish I got the chicken hot pot. I don't think I have ever been anywhere with vegan hot pot options before so I needed to try it. I've been so curious what that would be like and it was very well flavored. It came with a side of rice. I chose sticky rice because I love that texture and I find it easier to pick up with chopsticks as well. I mixed the rice into the clay pot so I could soak up all of the flavor. I highly recommend this dish.
Lastly for dessert I got the Lotus Buns. They are soft and hot and filled with a delicious sugary lotus paste. I never can find anything vegan like this at home and was thrilled. I have a sweet tooth so that was my favorite thing I ate the entire night. I love the softness of the bun, the slight stickiness and texture is has is so comforting. The flavor of the sugar paste was exactly what I wanted. It isn't overly sweet either. And it isn't so large that I felt overstuffed.
The portions here are perfect! Not too small and I didn't walk away feeling like I was going to burst either. I definitely recommend giving them a try, especially if you like Asian (specifically Vietnamese) food.
