Unexpected vegan feast - Edit
Everyone here speaks both Spanish and English and it's located near several tourist sites in Málaga. It's close to the Alcazaba entrance, the Picasso museum, and the large cathedral in the city.
Read moreThey don't offer a wide selection of vegan options, but they list all of their allergens and ingredients on their menu.
The carrots and hummus along with the clearly marked vegan salad are large enough for a feast.
This is a perfect place to get fresh food and eat with your friends and family that are non-vegans. It's close to everything and has tables for all sizes of groups.
During peak dinner times it can be hard to get seated so it is wise to make a reservation.
They offer all kinds of drinks from soft drinks, coffees, teas, to hard liquor, cocktails, and even mocktails.
The meals are family style so they are designed to get a few things to share amongst the table. Everything comes out on huge plates with huge portions made to share.
The carrots are warm and soft. They are easy to cut and dip in the hummus. They have some salt sprinkled on top along with some different seeds like sunflower and pumpkin. It's a tasty experience. They are covered in olive oil and the allergen menu says they do not contain dairy.
The vegan salad is huge and perfect for sharing or eating as a main meal. It has tons of dark leafy greens and is covered in olive oil. It has seeds, onions, sun dried tomatoes, and large amounts of avocados mixed in. It is so fresh and refreshing. There is seasoning on top as well that is a mix of some black pepper and other things. It isn't spicy, but adds to the flavor. I love this salad. I want to make it at home after being inspired by this place.
Definitely get the reservation to come here. You won't have to wait in a long line at the door.
Wonderful place with really nice people working there. I tried to practice speaking Spanish as well and they were really helpful with that.
Pros: Clearly marked alergens, Large portions
Cons: Can be a long wait with no reservation
