Some of the best vegan sushi - Edit
Went there tonight with my niece and her husband. Their first time eating sushi. We all were very impressed and had a great time. An entire column of the menu dedicated to vegan options, clearly marked. Great variety. I had the Shitaki To Me and Thai Hippie rolls and we got some spicy charred edamame.

The Best Vegan Sushi! - Edit
My son happens to live in Lincoln and ever since we found this restaurant, we head there for their happy hour vegan menu when I visit. I was reading over the regular menu and may splurge on some of their non-happy hour vegan rolls next time, but with happy hour choices like the Vegan Spicy Kaluna Crunch, Philadelphia Roll and Eden Roll I certainly don't feel like I'm missing out. My biggest problem is not over ordering/eating and am already looking forward to trying the Vegan Hot Popper next time. Just so very good and the presentation is amazing! Wish we had this option closer to home.

Creative vegan choices - Edit
Last time we were at a Blue Sushi, hubby chose non vegan items. This time both ate vegan menu items and really enjoyed our meal. He said he wished he had ordered vegan foods last time.

The Unami maki is incredible. The fresh ginger is amazing but be careful with the wasabi! Love that they have lots of vegan options that are clearly labeled on the menu.

The best vegan sushi in Lincoln - Edit
We eat here once a week and the sushi is always excellent! Our favorites are the Avo Ahimi and the Unami Express. I wish I could give five stars!

Try the Cowgirl - Edit
Blue Sushi is now offering curbside pickup and honestly it's probably the easiest service in town compare to other places. This was my first time trying sushi and there are a ton of vegan options. The Cowgirl was so good so if you're not a fan of nori, this is an excellent option!

Not a sushi fan but I enjoy blue!! They have a whole section of vegetarian rolls and most of them are vegan, I want to say around 6 options at least?? Can’t remember exactly. Tasty too, def the best place in Lincoln for vegan sushi! You gotta try the cowgirl 😋

Blue is one of my favorite places to frequent when I’m in Lincoln. They have a vegan section on their menu, and all of the options are imaginative, which is often a rarity at restaurants that serve primarily meat. My favorites are the cowgirl, Eden, and Thai hippie rolls. Portions are very reasonable and easy to share!
