Plenty of options with a special part of the menu just for vegan options, plenty of it available on their happy hour menu too! Their plant based smoked salmon is baffling

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. It is the most creative and largest vegan sushi menu I have ever seen. They have faux salmon and faux tuna as well as a variety of roles and dishes without faux meats. Their kids menu also includes vegan options. My kids got the kids bento with sesame noodles, avocado maki, edamame, and fruit. They both devoured it. My partner and I split the the vegan Philadelphia Shiitake to Me and Avi Kauni. We loved them all— Shiitake to Me was our favorite.

Entire vegan sushi menu! - Edit
I was floored by how many vegan options Blue Sushi has. Great spot for a date night or pre-event dinner with so many event spaces nearby. I especially love the tofu lettuce wraps, charred edamame, and cowgirl roll.

Good selection of vegan options - Edit
Has an extensive selection of vegan sushi rolls. Also a few other vegan options scattered throughout the menu (edamame, Brussels sprouts, etc.). Have tried a handful of the vegan rolls and all have been good. One of the regular spots we go to and will definitely continue to do so!

So many options of vegan sushi. We ordered 8 different rolls. There are rolls with faux meat and without. The best in my opinion are the Cowgirl, the Shiitake Mushroom roll, and the Unami Express. On Tuesdays they also offer 25% off all vegan sushi, so it’s definitely a must try. My friends and I split 8 rolls and they brought it out on a big platter. I have never seen so many good vegan sushi options. Definitely the best place to go for sushi!
