Try Pecan Bar - Edit
I’ve been here a few times. Their vegan options are all gluten free as well. Generally, I am not into the texture of GF baked goods, so I’ve actually been really surprised at how good their food is at not tasting too GF. In fact the Pecan Bar doesn’t taste GF at all. Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I LOVE this place. Great variety of treats that are reasonably priced. Located in the historic Route 66 district, this space is the perfect atmosphere.
