I’ve given this place a shot a few times and have really enjoyed some of the savory items and beverages. I’ve also had baked goods that were dry and incorrect orders I didn’t notice until after I was home. The service has always been friendly and helpful always want to support a vegan business.
Read moreThe last time I was there was peak COVID when mask mandates were in place. It was packed. No distancing. One of the (I think) owners was walking around with no mask as other employees had them under their nose and things like that. I didn’t feel comfortable to be in there at that point, even with my mask on, and that was last year and I haven’t tried again.
The ordering process could be better. For example, you have to get in line to order but can’t see the menu until you get to the front of the line so it’s not efficient. This is how it was last year so not sure if it’s changed.
Pros: Some of the food is delicious , All vegan

Very nice employees, but the chipotle sandwich is too spicy and mushy, the potato salad good but very salty, the cupcakes aren’t very sweet and the icing is waaay to sweet. Good texture on the cupcakes, though. Probably won’t go back to be honest.

Fair to good vegan food. I feel like the wait time is rather long for hot food options. Desserts are a good choice - most of the cupcakes are quite tasty - Try the tiramisu flavor. They recently added vegan ice cream options including indulgent looking shakes - I’ll be back to try those for sure!

I’m not a GF, soy free, or nut free person so the food to me lacks in flavor. Even the sweets aren’t that great. Especially disappointed with their donuts and blondies. It’s nice to have vegan options near me but this place is just ridiculously expensive.

Hello, I am sorry you didn’t like the price of your burger and other items you bought. Our prices are listed on our menus, and a burger cost $13.00 which includes a salad or chips. We have other options that are less expensive if you don’t want to spend the $13.00. We are a gluten free non gmo facility and pride ourselves on that so maybe it’s not the best option for you, but our customers love this about our faculty. We also get lots of rave reviews on our baked goods as per all of our reviews on social media so I am not sure why they were not agreeing with your taste buds, but I do hope you find a place you like going somewhere.?

The restaurant was pretty empty on a Tuesday at lunch time. I tried the chickn chipotle, a snickerdoodle cup cake, and got a mocha late. The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding food to eat. There were plenty of options to try, and I will definitely be back. I wanted to try EVERYTHING in the bakery and they do custom orders.

The mac and cheese is awesome. A half portion is enough for most people. Full portion if want to share with someone.
For the bakery items I love the coffee roll. My husbands favorite is the chocolate cupcakes and the red velvet cupcakes. The carrot cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies are a good choice too.
We have preordered birthday cakes - pricey pricey but a great option for a party.
Pros: Large selection, Fresh and lots of love put in the food., Love the hearts and messages on the take out bags

Coming from NYC where the vegan restaurants are pretty great means it takes a lot to please me when I visit other places. This was the 1st vegan spot we visited in FL and it was pretty good. I ordered the chipolte chicken sandwhich which was a miss but The cup cakes are a hit and very DELICIOUS! I have a sweet tooth so for me to say that they are good means a lot! They are meant to be eaten on your "cheat" days, of course. They are heavy, harty and overall hits the spot!
Read moreI live for spicy food but the sandwhich was Lacking in flavor and was just hot and had an uncomfortable heat to it which I didn't care for. I chose the potatoe salad as a side and it was actually pretty good. Would get the salad again but not tje sandwhich.
Before heading back home I will be stopping by again to order more of their sweets.. Yes it was that good!
Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful.

1st time at Blondie’s - Edit
It might have been the time of day, but I decided to go to Blondie’s with my mom to celebrate her birthday and while we’re both vegan - she can’t handle spicy food. The only thing she was able to order was their Mac and cheese and unfortunately the bowl option doesn’t come with any sides. They were out of the no-tuna sandwich and the lady that took our order seemed so unenthusiastic. If you do plan on going - I’d say go just for the sweets unless you’re hungry. I fairly enjoyed my food otherwise. But $12 is not worth it for a bowl of semi-dry Mac and cheese.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review us. I am sorry your mom didn’t like our food, and you thought everything on the menu was spicy. I am not sure if you asked us which items are not spicy, but I can assure you most of the menu is not. All of our burgers are not spicy at all. We offer An All American burger, Lentil Burger, Chickpea Burger, Black Bean Burger, and this month is our Spinach Lentil Burger not one of them is spicy. In addition, we have a chick’n ceaser wrap, chickpea tuna wrap, chick’n sandwich, quinoa salad, cauliflower rice, potato salad all not spicy. You also state we don’t have enough side options? That’s a little confusing because we are the only vegan restaurant that lets you choose between: Homemade Apple Sauce, chips, potato salad, quinoa salad, side salad, and cauliflower rice with ALL entrees. We even offer homemade baked French fries and sweet potato fries for an upcharge. We are also known for our very friendly staff and great customer service. So I am not sure what happened the day you were here so I do apologize if someone had an off day it’s totally not like our staff.

I love the food here and the staff is always friendly. However, I've been here several times and every time my order has been messed up. They are always very polite and more than willing to fix it, but a heads up to be patient with the wait for your food cause it is worth it.

Im not a gluten free, soy free, or nut free guy. If you are that person then this place is for you. The staff is super friendly, but their prices are pretty steep. 3.50 for a small donut that was hard like rubber, wasnt worth the money to me sorry. I really appreciate what they are about, but im still wondering why it costs so much for an iced tea?

Hi Danny, I am so sorry for your negative experience today. Our regular size donuts are 3.50 so I am wondering if you had a mini donut, but was charged for a regular size. I am also sorry you didn’t care for the texture. Gluten Free is a little different then regular flour, but still we get a lot of compliments on our baked goods being very moist. Also, the ice tea should have cost 2.75 that is the average price for many establishments. Unless it’s a specialty ice tea that is brought to us and we do not decide the prices on them the company that makes them already prices them. I got the chickpea tuna salad wrap which is always one of my favorite things and it didn’t disappoint. I got the cauliflower fried rice on the side and I highly recommend it! I would eat it as a full meal if they offered it. Can’t wait to try more things!

Blondie's sells our Veggie Ketchup in their retail space. I went to offer Blondie's customers samples of our ketchup and I ended up sampling their stuff: the key lime pie, the birthday cake, red velvet, the Mac N Cheese... I can go on and on. Everything is delicious and the service is great. I love this place!
