Yummy raw cakes and kind owner/staff. - Edit
If you like vegan cake, this is the place. By September 2022 they hope to have an outdoor seating area and serve coffee and drinks as well as the cakes.

We needed a snack and tried the fried pizzas (so yummy!) and two different pastries and they were all really nice. A bit pricy but high quality with good ingredients. Don’t forget to try the homemade basil, lemon & rose pepper drink!

Fully vegan bistro located in the centre of Trento with a pleasant view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for English speakers. Food was beautifully presented and filling, but very small for the price. The homemade focaccia included in the cover charge was delicious!

Good option for vegan food in Trento although expensive - Edit
They are 100% vegan with different options on the menu ranging from savory to sweet food. All items are handmade. The food taste good although not exceptional. It is expensive for what they offer.

We had a really nice lunch at Black sheep in Trento. We ordered an arancino and zucchini flowers as appetizers, but were surprised with a nice small amuse bouche of rice paper with carrot cream. The mains were delicious too, if a bit on the healthy side for our liking. The flavors were super interesting, and we left feeling happy and satisfied. Definitely a wonderful choice if you find yourself looking for a lunch in Trento!

They are extremely committed in using first quality ingredients, the menu periodically changes based on availability of products. There are only vegan dishes, and both savoury and sweet options are very good.
