Questo locale (e laboratorio) in pieno centro a Trento offre un menù di qualità, con ingredienti selezionati e accostamenti di sapori gustosissimi. Gentilissimi i gestori e il personale. Per l’imbarazzo della scelta, oltre ad aver assaporato i piatti del menù alla carta, non ho resistito nel provare anche l’asporto. Il dolce e le sfiziosità, tra cui l’arancino sopraffino, sono stati un’ottima scelta.

great raw vegan cakes - Edit
Small bakery makes raw vegan cakes for 5 star hotels mainly but you can buy some of their cakes from a small freezer. The prices are high, you pay by the gram. The flavour combinations are interesting to say the least, and very delicious. They have a dozen or so cakes with combinations of flavours you dont expect to work but actualy do. If you buy a piece and you aren't a big eater, don't let your eyes fool you, the cakes are dense. If you are in the area and in for some great cakes, visit Black Sheep, you won't be disappointed.
