A friendly place to grab some grub. - Edit
We ate Panini Toskana and Calabria. The meals included a side of oven-baked potatoes and dip. The food was not only tasty and plentiful but also reasonably priced. Service is fast and friendly. You can play board games or Super Nintendo while you wait.

My favorite Panini til now is "Emilia" (in my opinion better than Apulia..). My friend likes "Palermo". The Cashew-Basilikum-Dip is so good and the chocolate-muffin was also very yummy.

Toasted vegan sandwiches - Edit
They describe themselves as the only 100% vegan restaurant in Saarland. So we had to give it a try, also because toasted sandwiches (aka panini) are not very often easily to be found veganized.
Read moreThey have like a range of 5 different panini options and sometimes a special dish of the day. This time it was a pasta salad with “chicken”.
Both sandwiches were nicely, both-sided toasted, decently filled with fresh vegetables and salad, which makes the sandwiches look like voluminous.
The “apulien” had nice grilled zucchini and mozzarella topped with a basil pesto creamy sauce, but not specific protein. While the “toskana” had nicely fried tofu slices in the looks of schnitzel pieces topped with a white sandwich cream sauce.
Both toasts were served with oven grilled potatoes and a sauce of your choice.
From my opinion, I really liked the toasted bread, however, the apulien had no special filling and the sauce was a bit too creamy to my liking. On the other hand, the toskana, would have been, maybe, a better choice.
However, the overall experience was enjoyable and I would give it another shot.
Also to mention, they offer ce try nice drinks. So we went for 2 different Piranja flavors: lemon/mint ice tea & orange cardamom lemonade. Both very good choices!

A great place for vegan food in Saarbrücken. I had Panini, which comes with potatoes and a dip. When you hear Paninis, you might think of of a small dish. But here the Paninis here are big enough for some big hunger, even if the prices are relativly small. My meal was very tasty. The friendly owner really konws what he is doing at the kitchen. The only thing witch is missing, are seats outside. But outdoorseating is not possible at this lokation.

Leckeres veganes Bistro - Edit
Frischer knackiger Salat mit super leckeren Toppings, dazu ein knuspriges Panini mit pflanzlichem Feta, Ofenkartoffeln mit Dip....yum! Dazu gibt's eine tolle Getränkeauswahl, Kaffee und Kuchen. Man kann vor Ort sogar vegane Snacks kaufen, zum Beispiel vegane Salami. Service ist super freundlich und persönlich😄Kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
