Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Well, there´s no reason not to! There´s an abundance of delicous vegan food out there.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I discovered veganism when reading "Skinny Bitch". The style is just so different from any other nutrition book I´ve ever read - very straightforward, refreshing, and entertaining while providing you with hard facts.
